• The complex is secured through a security gate with an intercom and the apartment has a parking space. City Quay, where the apartment is situated, has a wonderful centre piece - a large lake with fountains and lights.
• The location of City Quay is ideal if you are visiting Liverpool for pleasure or business, we are confident you will have an amazing city experience.
• Prices range from £112 per night depending upon length of stay and time of year.
• Liverpool City Quay is a development on the edge of Liverpool City Centre. The apartments are luxurious and spacious and furnished with modern appliances throughout.
• This is a self catering two bedroom apartment, one double room and one twin room (Sleeps 4).
• The kitchen is modern with all the appliances you will need - washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, toaster, electric kettle, cooking utensils, cups, plates and glasses.
• A welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter and jam will be provided.
• There is a minimum of 2 nights stay*
• Sun £95.00 per night
• Mon - Thurs* £115.00 per night
• Fri - Sat £135.00 per night
• Special events e.g. Grand National - £150.00 per night.
• *Why not take advantage of our 4 nights for the price of 3. Mon - Thur (except when any days coincide with special events). So if you are coming to Liverpool for business or pleasure you can stay at the City Quay Apartments for as little as £325.00 for 4 nights.
• TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• There is a 15% non-refundable deposit payable to UK Property Search Lettings at the time of booking.
• Full balance (including security deposit) to be paid prior to arrival.
• You may enter the apartment at 3pm on the day of arrival and depart at 12am ( It may be possible to enter earlier or depart later if circumstances permit).
• No more than five persons can sleep for insurance purposes.
• Apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
• Please be considerate of other residents ( noise and the use of parking space provided).
• Sorry no pets permitted.
• Refundable security deposit of £75.00 for 2nights, £100.00 for one week and £150.00 for two or more. All deposits to be settled 14 days prior to arrival
• If you cancel 10 days or less from the date of arrival a 50% fee will be deducted from the deposit.
• Key loss and damages will result in-part or full loss of deposit.
