• The central location of this two bedroom centrally heated and air conditioned apartment (situated in the Beetham Complex adjacent to the Radisson Hotel on Old Hall Street) makes it ideal for dining or relaxing over a few drinks in the City Centre, without the cost of expensive taxis at the end of the evening. It’s just a 10 minute taxi ride to the Liverpool or Everton football grounds and only 20 minutes from John Lennon Airport.
• The apartment enjoys a private entrance (to the right of the Radisson Hotel) with a 24 hour concierge service. There is one car parking space available with a private lift to the required floor. On entering the hallway you will find the main bathroom to the right, and a spacious open plan living/dining area to the left, where you can relax watching TV or enjoy picturesque views of the River Mersey from a luxuriously comfortable sofa.
• The excellent kitchen provides a wealth of electrical appliances (fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher) together with all the utensils and crockery you would need to prepare a meal or enjoy a take-away – whichever you prefer!
• The master bedroom, on the right beyond the main bathroom, enjoys the benefit of its own en-suite, has a king size bed, wall mounted TV, trouser press and ample space to hang clothes. The second bedroom, located off the living room, has two single beds and an easy-to-assemble ‘Z’ bed, if required.
• The apartment is fully serviced and thoroughly cleaned following every visit, with freshly laundered bedding and towels provided. For your added comfort we also supply a hairdryer, ironing board and iron and a ‘welcome’ pack which includes bread, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Should you need to purchase more commodities there is a Sainsbury’s supermarket only 300m from the Hotel entrance, on the right.
• Full leisure facilities (gym, sauna, steam Jacuzzi, swimming pool) are situated on the ground floor of the Complex, and are available on request.

• Highest daily rate £120.
• Highest weekly rate £770.
• Lowest weekly rate £590.
• No minimum length of stay midweek or at weekend but there is a cleaning charge of £15 per stay.
