Just £29 + VAT per property - This is a one-off fee and the property is advertised until let - unlike local press advertising. Please call for a quote for three or more properties.

If you are placing an advert then we will require the following:

• Property type (eg Semi detached house)
• How many bedrooms?
• How much (£) per calendar month?
• Gas central heating?
• Double glazing?
• Garden?
• Garage?
• If an apartment - is there designated parking?
• Description - as long or short as you wish
• Up to 6 images - ideally less than 2MB per image but we can resize them for you if required.

Depending on the time of receipt we will usually have your advert done the same day. We then reply with a link to the advert so you can see it live on the website. If everything is OK then we will also have provided our payment details. We ask that you notify us when your property has been taken so we can keep our database up to date.
