Pantheon Property Services is a newly formed company, wholly owned by the well respected and long established Property Investment Company, Pantheon Estates Limited.

We opened our doors on 1st July 2008, with a new angle on property, encompassing an Estate Agency Service, Letting Agents and Property Development. This allows our customers access to the best value in all 3 areas of requirement.

Lettings Agency and Property Management
Our lettings staff are well experienced from past involvement with Pantheon Estates and its large portfolio of property across the Liverpool area, we are on hand to offer you the best local advice specific to your property location if your looking to rent your own house/flat out or to give you honest advice about your new place to live if your just looking for it.

For Landlords, our competitive rates are tiered allowing more discount for the more properties brought over to us, again allowing more of your properties earnings to stay with you rather than being paid out.

For tenants, we keep our fees simple, very competitive and easy to understand. Our advice is there 7 days a week if you have any questions about the area your moving to, the property your looking for or the facilities available in the local area.
