New City Vision is a residential property development company formed in 2002 by developers Bishop Loch, Laing O’Rourke and Cannon Kirk (Dublin based). The company was established with the aim of building good quality design led housing in major urban centres across the UK.

Our ethos as a company is simple: we aim to deliver customer satisfaction and value by building excellent homes. Our emphasis on variety and quality of design means that unlike some of our competitors we don’t offer standard house types to our customers. Instead, we favour designing bespoke homes tailored to the buyer’s needs which reflect the local context. Essentially, we are a company driven by the need to create successful places, as opposed to simply building and selling houses

At New City Vision we manage all aspects of the design and build process with our own in-house teams, drawing on their experience and expertise in building houses. Customer care is a priority and our highly trained sales staff are on hand throughout the buying process to ensure that purchasing a home from NCV is as simple and stress free as possible.
