UK Property Search Limited runs a network of local property portals, each one covering a single county. This provides a measure of familiarity to visitors and makes their local website more intuitive than many national sites. Our aim over the coming year is to populate all our English sites with properties supplied by local estate agents. Beyond that we will target both Scotland and Wales and ultimately Ireland.

Our route to market is via search engine position. We have tested this exhaustively here on Merseyside, where we enjoy numerous top ranking positions across the major search engines. We have consistently maintained these positions for the past two years.

Our Merseyside sites became commercially operational mid-way through 2005 and to date we have over 50 subscribers, all enjoying business from the huge number of visitors the sites receive each month - 93,852 unique visitors in November 2005. This traffic is highly targeted, as a search for property anywhere else in the country would not lead the customer to our Merseyside websites.

For comparison purposes, if we were to multiply this success by the 50 or so counties of England then we would have one of the busiest property portals on the internet. This is where we are at right now and in order to make the coming year a success for everyone we are seeking forward-thinking estate agents, letting agents and developers to join us on very favourable introductory terms.
